Hola! I’m Lourdes Villagran - MSW, CSWA

I’m a bilingual (Spanish/ English) and bicultural social worker based in Oregon. I am a passionate, outgoing, patient, dedicated, social worker and therapist.

I’ve worked with individuals who have experienced intergenerational conflict, racial trauma, bullying, overly strict upbringing, and life transitions. I have worked with individuals who want to develop coping skills, spend more time in meaningful activities, develop healthy relationships, and gain self-confidence.
